Vermont is a recently developed area (mid eighties) and growing. We bought a plot (which has a strange elongated diamond shape - the kite shape!) in the more established area dreaming that one day we might live there...

The Cottage
Kite Cottage is the small wooden cottage (approx 40m2) on this 1000 m2 plot. The plot is not maintained as a garden but is fynbos. The area directly around the house is short grass.

We have furnished Kite Cottage modestly, with old interesting things, but you should find everything you need.

It contains a main bedroom with double bed and a small bunk-bed room. There is a good geyser, shower/bath and electricity supply. The main living area is an open kitchen with microwave, two plate stove and little oven, a small table with chairs as well as a couch.
